- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and skin removed
- Juice of 1 lime (about 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
